Healthy Chicken Salami Sandwich

It's delicious, it's simple, it's cheap and it's quick. Have it as a snack or a meal. It takes less than 5 minutes. We have an absolute healthy version of it. 
ideal to satisfy your hunger pang after a workout. A super easy under budget meal option for students in hostel

Ingredients

  • Brown or multigrain bread – 2 or 3 slices if you want a triple sandwich
  • Lettuce leaves enough to cover the bread or your daily roughage requirement
  • Chicken salami 4 slices 6 if you going for a triple sandwich
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Garlic mayonnaise 1 tablespoon make it 2 tablespoons for Tripler
  • Sliced tomato 1 medium
Any other veggie your heart desires. We are keeping it simple and healthy

How you get it assembled

Step 1 : Lay the bread on the plate put butter if you like, we making it healthy so skipping the butter.

Step 2 : Lay the lettuce leaves on the bread.

Step 3 : Add the salami, you can use it raw like we did (they are actually pre-cooked)or microwave it for two min or cook it over a flat pan for 2 minutes however your stomach desires. Watch the hack in the video to get the round salamis to cover the bread from edge to edge. Not promoting but a very handy hack to learn after this you will never ever have to eat an uneven bite.

Step 4: place the thickly sliced tomatoes evenly

Step 5: Sprinkle salt and pepper

Step 6: put a generous amount of mayo or chipotle sauce on the other piece of the bread and place it on over tomatoes(mayo side facing the tomato). Enjoy a healthy hearty sandwich.
